Vision and philosophy of development of Slobomir city is based primarily on the highest environmental standards and the exploitation of energy from renewable natural resources, and therefore we can say that Slobomir city is city without chimneys.
Today, Mr. and Mrs. Pavlovic has ten companies in the Republic of Serpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, which operate in different areas such as education, banking, stocks, food manufacturing, printing business, bridge management, etc. Slobomir Company owns the 30 years concession for the exploitation of geothermal water and the concession of water for drinking. Construction of the first of seven geothermal wellsis finished. A lot of projects are planned like the construction aqua park, water factory, shopping center, heating by the geothermal water, residential buildings, Pavlovic tower etc. There is also a great interest in investing in improving the food industry "Sava" and development of production in greenhouses, and all that for better development of the Bijeljina city as the economic center, which already is.

Slobomir Company together with the Company "Žitopromet", Bijeljina and the "Drina River Bridge" Company, Belgrade, whose majority owner is also the Mrs. Mira and Mr. Slobodan Pavlovic, in the past has invested significant capital to build primary and secondary infrastructure, production and business facilities, manufacturing and other equipment and facilities and investment in Slobomir P University who started at the year 2003-2004.
